Westmoreland Homeowners

Association Board - 2011


The Westmoreland Owners Association meets annually to discuss community business and give property owners the opportunity to learn the news about issues affecting the neighborhood. Board meetings are held quarterly.

Architectural Review Committee. The responsibilities of this committee are covered in the restrictions and include reviewing designs for new homes as well as revisions to existing homes including outbuildings, fences and tree removal. 

 

 Finance Committee. The Finance Committee is responsible for maintaining the budget as well as collecting assessments from the homeowners.

  

 Web Site Committee. This committee will revise and maintain the current Web Site.  The minutes from the monthly board meetings will be posted on the web site as well and applications for Architectural Review.

 

 Grounds Committee.  Its responsibilities include monitoring the grass cutting of the common area, maintenance of the entrance, including the sign, lighting and landscaping.  It will also undertake some minor repairs on the fence which borders Rt. 199.
